TYPES

PICA-PICA : A series of dishes (request) every 4 people. They will be served at buffet tables, for standing arrangement. However there will be enough chairs for all attendees around the main area, free use and grouping.

BY SPACE, : Events may be:

• PICA-PICA:
• In the room "Reserved" from 10 to 32 (35 maximum) people
• In the room "Les Golfes" from 35 to 100 people.

HOURS

• During the week the rooms will be available from 19:30h to 00:30h.
• The weekend will be available in the rooms from 19:30h to 02:00h.

ECONOMIC CONDITIONS

If there is no room exclusivity, the price is limited to that indicated in each of the menus and picapics.
In case of wanting room exclusivity, a minimum consumption will be indicated. This will be :

• 900€ for the "Les Golfes" room
• 300€ for the room "Reserved"

It is NOT a rental (in principle, the rooms are not rented), but a minimum consumption, which will be accounted in full any amount of menus, pica-picas, glasses, etc.
For example : A party with 50 attendees in the room "Les Golfes" (the big one), would result at € 18 per guest.

CONDITIONS OF USE AND ENJOYMENT :

• In all cases, an approximate number of attendees must be indicated. This may vary reasonably up to 48 hours before, when whatsapp will communicate the final number of them, which will be the number of menus or pica-picas to be charged.
• The cold part of the dishes will be served at the appointed time and 15 minutes later the hot ones will start serving.
• For cases where room exclusivity is desired :

• Booking requires (unless clearly impossible) personarse in the local.
• The reservation will only be confirmed through Whatshapp.
• It is possible to connect the music you want. For this you only have to have any type of device with mini-jack input. The volume will be reasonable for a restaurant and its control will correspond exclusively to the waiter.
• Decoration for any type of celebration is possible (lanterns, balloons, borders etc), but the withdrawal of the same corresponds to the reservoir. If the aforementioned decoration must be removed by the staff of the premises, an amount of € 50 will be added.
• The use of confetti, sprays, streamers, liquids and any other element that could harm people or elements of the premises is not allowed.
• No meals or drinks brought from outside can be consumed on the premises without consulting.
• If you want any extra, you should be consulted before the celebration
